Hard work is when you are new to the concepts i.e Learner. And coming to smart work, when you are a experienced person this makes you a smart worker. When work rules you then it is a hard work. When you rule the work then it is a smart work.
But this can be distinguished in many ways. Most of the time people choose smart work rather than hard work. Why?
Because there are many advantages while the work done in the smarter way. The time consumption also will be very less with this smart work. This smart works also uses technology to accomplish the task.
Take a simple example : We everyone know about Television. In the period after invention of TV, If we need to switch the channel we should go near to the TV and by pressing a button we can switch the channel. Days passed away and improvement in technology also raised. People became thinking smarter. Every time switching the channel would be very complex so in the smarter way a remote is used to switch the channel.
We already know daily labor work very hard they earn very less income. While in the other case working smart in the fields of software companies, businessmen they earn huge income compared to daily labor. This depends upon how they work.
Smart working is effective way of doing hard work which take proper planning and less time. Hard work is nothing but physically challenged. But smart work
In my view hard work and smart work is unique. Because with out perfect planning while we choose to do work either smart or hard it will be feckless.
